I've been listening to 54 a LOT recently, after going through a period of not listening to them much.

I'm also digging the following albums:

Marillion - Script for a Jester's Tear
Judas Priest - Defenders of the Faith
Avenged Sevenfold - City of Evil
Shadows Fall - The War Within
Genesis - Foxtrot
Machine Head - Through the Ashes of Empires
Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds
Gazpatcho - Bravo
Dream Theater - Octavarium
DragonForce - Valley of the Damned
Megadeth - Rust in Peace

so basically... a real mix of stuff! Smile

I haven't been able to get into much new stuff for ages.

I like some musical elements of Bullet for my valentine - but then some of it has much harmonics of 54- so therefor pisses me off too much to actually by an album since 54 should already have had far more recognition for the gorgeousness of the musica.

I've been diving back into queen again too since I just read a biography about them and we are going to see We will rock you in October.

Lots of skid row at the moment too since Seb supported GNR at Notts - and i managed to blag his set list Wink Smile

I have mostly been listening to thre latest Akercocke album, Words that go Unspoken, Deeds that go Undone. Even if your not into "Death" metal you should check it out, the album transcends all boundaries into a place i like to call "blast-prog". Check out Intractable or Verdelet. Awesome.
